Aban Offshore slumps 8% on sharp drop in net

Aban Offshore slumped over 8% to Rs 1,130 on the back of 65% decline in net profit. The stock opened at Rs 1,240, touched a high of Rs 1,294, and then tumbled to a low of Rs 1,059 following the weak numbers. Around 2.42 million shares changed hands at the counter on the BSE today.
