Allcargo Global to raise Rs 101 cr via debenture issue

Further, the board has also approved the stock split in the ratio of 1:5, the filing added. Shares of Allcargo Global Logistics were trading at Rs 854.95 on BSE, up 1.77 per cent from previous close.
